This Committe would replace the Linguistic Commission and would have the task of choosing which is the best of course of action of the group over the defined projects in its reach. Contrary to its predecessor, it does not have the capacity of advising but instead of choosing, unless this affects the exclusive competences of the Administrative Commission and other components.
