The Board of Directors of Wikimedia Small Projects User Group supervises the group and its work, and also to being in charge of its administration. It is one of the three main components of the group.
Tiene cinco asientos; dos escogidos por el Comité Consultivo que serán miembros votantes, uno seleccionado por el Consejo de Administración recién electo que será miembro no-votante y otro reservado al fundador del grupo, siendo miembro votante también.
Cada miembro del Consejo tiene un voto y las decisiones son tomadas por el voto afirmativo de los miembros votantes presentes en la sesión bimensual. También pueden tomar decisiones mediante resoluciones escritas sin sesión previa, que será aprobada únicamente si todos los miembros del Consejo firman la misma.
History
The Administrative Commission's tasks in beginning was part of the Basic Committee that would be in charge of the administration of the group until the approval of a Basic Text. Once the initial structure of the group is established, the Committee would be dissolved and its functions are transferred to the General Coordinator until it is recognized by the Wikimedia Foundation.
Después del reconocimiento en 2021, el Coordinador General transfirió las funciones administrativas a la Comisión Administrativa, compuesto de tres miembros y luego extendido a cinco. Structure
According with the twenty-fourth section of title 8th, the Administrative Commission will have five members, the founders members will be permanent members, while those chosen by the Council wille be temporary members.
The temporary members can renew their mandate during the ordinary session of the Administrative Commission.
