As stipulated in the Council Regulations, the terms of office of members and advisors begin on January 1 of the corresponding year and end on November 30 of the year of their termination, coinciding with the ordinary session period. Early vacancies or interim appointments (such as that of the Founder) are governed by the date of their formalization and the duration of the underlying circumstance.
