Definición del mensaje (Consejo de Administración)

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el [[$1|artículo IV]] del Texto Fundamental, el Consejo de Administración estará compuesto por siete miembros: cuatro de ellos serán elegidos por la Asamblea, dos serán designados por el nuevo Consejo de Administración electo y uno estará reservado para el fundador del grupo. Los miembros elegidos por la Asamblea tendrán un período de mandato de dos años, con la posibilidad de ser renovados hasta por dos períodos adicionales, lo que suma un total máximo de seis años consecutivos. Los miembros designados por el nuevo Consejo de Administración tendrán un mandato de un año, renovable por dos períodos adicionales, alcanzando un total de tres años consecutivos. La posición del fundador del grupo será permanente. Tanto el fundador como los cuatro miembros electos por la Asamblea contarán con derecho a voto, mientras que los miembros seleccionados por el Consejo actuarán como asesores y tendrán derecho a voto solo si hay ausencia de votantes titulares.

In accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Fundamental Text, the Board of Directors shall be composed of seven members: four of them shall be elected by the Assembly, two shall be appointed by the newly elected Board of Directors and one shall be reserved for the founder of the group. The members elected by the Assembly shall serve a five-year term, renewable for up to one additional term, for a maximum total of ten consecutive years. The members appointed by the new Board of Directors shall serve a three-year term, renewable for one additional term, for a total of six consecutive years. The founder's position shall be permanent. Both the founder and the four members elected by the Assembly shall have voting rights, while the members appointed by the Board shall act as advisors and shall only have voting rights if there are no voting members.
