Definición del mensaje (Consejo de Administración)

Tras dicho reconocimiento en 2021, el Coordinador General delegó las funciones administrativas a la Comisión Administrativa, que en un principio estuvo compuesta por tres miembros y luego se amplió a cinco. Durante el proceso de reorganización del grupo, la Comisión Administrativa fue disuelta y sus responsabilidades pasaron al Comité Ejecutivo y al Consejo de Administración.

In accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Fundamental Text, the Board of Directors shall be composed of seven members: four of them shall be elected by the Assembly, two shall be appointed by the newly elected Board of Directors and one shall be reserved for the founder of the group. The members elected by the Assembly shall serve a five-year term, renewable for up to one additional term, for a maximum total of ten consecutive years. The members appointed by the new Board of Directors shall serve a three-year term, renewable for one additional term, for a total of six consecutive years. The founder's position shall be permanent. Both the founder and the four members elected by the Assembly shall have voting rights, while the members appointed by the Board shall act as advisors and shall only have voting rights if there are no voting members.
