In accordance with the provisions of [[$1|Article IV]] of the Fundamental Text, the Board of Directors shall be composed of seven members: four of them shall be elected by the Assembly, two shall be appointed by the newly elected Board of Directors and one shall be reserved for the founder of the group. The members elected by the Assembly shall serve a five-year term, renewable for up to one additional term, for a maximum total of ten consecutive years. The members appointed by the new Board of Directors shall serve a three-year term, renewable for one additional term, for a total of six consecutive years. The founder's position shall be permanent. Both the founder and the four members elected by the Assembly shall have voting rights, while the members appointed by the Board shall act as advisors and shall only have voting rights if there are no voting members. | |||
